Job Title - Talent Partner

Contract - 6-month FTC
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Partner to join our newly transitioned strategic partnering function here at Chelsea FC. Our small, agile team is on a mission to transform how we attract and retain top-tier talent, and we need someone who shares our ambition and passion to help us drive our TA strategy and initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where speed and accuracy are paramount to our collective success. You’ll have a diligent approach to talent acquisition and attraction and a passion for sourcing, screening and supporting candidates through a compelling process.
- Partnering with multiple stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and engaging in meaningful conversations about salary, process, and candidate expectations to ensure a positive experience for all.
- Managing delivery against multiple roles, ensuring a commitment to tight time lines and aligning priorities to business needs.
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting and posting creative job advertisements to guiding candidates through to the offer stage and onboarding.
- Pipelining for future roles and contributing to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to ensure we attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Screening, shortlisting candidates and, when necessary, proactively headhunting to identify top talent across various departments.
- Leveraging data and market insight to help hiring managers inform strategy and align expectations.
- Supporting the business create well-crafted interview processes with a focus on ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of each process.
- Utilising our ATS and internal systems effectively to ensure real-time reports and accurate data management.
- Supporting Senior Talent Acquisition Partners on various projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement in our hiring processes.
What you bring:
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous experience working in a recruitment agency, in-house recruitment or Talent Acquisition (TA) capacity, handling a wide variety of roles across multiple departments and disciplines.
- A strong grasp on talent acquisition metrics with a focus on leveraging data to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-awareness and adaptability when communicating with stakeholders, managing roles within different disciplines and locations, and adjusting to evolving needs.
- A competitive approach and ability to iterate, persevere and overcome challenges to ensure positive business outcomes.
- A willingness to contribute ideas and influence how we operate as a function.
- A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to overcome challenges and provide creative solutions.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact through recruitment and contributing to a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Experience working with ATS/ HR systems (e.g., MYHR) and the ability to utilise them to generate reports and track recruitment progress.
