Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Part-Time Graphic Designer.

Your main tasks

• Designing and structuring high-quality sales presentations, sponsorship decks and pitch materials

• Translating complex rights packages, data and commercial concepts into clear and visually engaging content

• Creating creative concepts and visual storytelling frameworks for sponsorship proposals

• Supporting the Client Servicing and Sales Teams with tailored presentation materials for federations, sponsors and agencies

• Developing visually innovative sports marketing plans and proposal documents

• Contributing to the preparation of workshops, internal strategy decks and client-specific assemblies

• Ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials

• Bringing fresh creative ideas to enhance the impact of commercial communication
  

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design or creative services, preferably within sports marketing or a related industry

• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, sponsorship decks or commercial storytelling

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Keynote knowledge is a plus

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography and layout

• Ability to transform strategic and commercial content into compelling visual narratives

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI-powered design tools and applications

• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and account teams

• Passion for sports and understanding of the sports marketing ecosystem is highly preferred

• Only Turkish citizens or candidates with a valid work permit in Turkey are eligible to apply.
