Join us as a Packaging & Manufacturing Specialist and become an integral part of our team to lead technical projects and manage the qualification of new packaging materials and production lines. Your technical expertise will drive innovation and ensure that our packaging processes meet the highest standards. The position can be located in Ludesch/Vorarlberg as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PACKAGING & QUALIFICATION PROJECTS
You'll lead technical projects focused on primary product packaging such as cans and bottles. Your work will be crucial in advancing our packaging solutions and maintaining our competitive edge. Furthermore you will be responsible for overseeing qualification projects of new packaging materials, production lines, and plants, ensuring that all components meet rigorous standards and are seamlessly integrated into our production processes.
COORDINATION & TRIALS
In this role you'll coordinate trials on both the packaging supplier’s and copacker’s side. You'll work collaboratively with our partners to ensure the successful implementation of innovative packaging solutions. The maintenance of technical data in SAP is also part of your responsibility.
AUDITS & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
As a technical expert you'll accompany production plant audits with a focus on production processes or inspection systems. You provide technical input as an expert-on-demand for our internal stakeholders such as our QA/QM departments for failure notices or complaints.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Degree in technical field (Engineering preferred)
- Technical expertise of production processes related to food packaging
- Technical knowledge of various packaging material types
- Experience in FMCG packaging industry is an advantage
- Strong Project Management skills
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- Good communication skills
- Analytical mindset and very good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a dynamic environment
- Basic MS Office skills
- Travel 20-30%
