Full Description
As our Field Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the perfect stores plans and ensuring excellence in-store execution, minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) issues, and driving sustainable sales growth. You will also be responsible for fostering a high-performance Red Bull team that meets and exceeds targets and budgets in their geographic territory of Off Premise (Route, P&C, Non-Traditional, Independent and Corporate Grocery) accounts. You will embed the “Power Selling” process within their team of Sales Activators as well as providing on the job training on Red Bull principles to DP reps, while fostering relationships with DP Field forces. Training & Upskilling
You will coach Sales Activators to embed the “Power selling” principles, journey planning, problem solving, negotiation and in-store standards. You will also coach DP reps in the general principles of selling Red Bull with the view of increasing distribution. In addition, you will coach Sales Activators to reduce out of stocks, increase compliance, and sell over & above opportunities in the fields.
Managing the Sales Activator Team
You will manage the team to achieve the targets set out through the Business Plan. You will manage the team resources to achieve the most efficient and effective territory coverage for the covered area. Ensure effective journey planning to achieve correct call frequency. You will execute systems, processes and tools to help Sales Activators achieve their set targets.
Collecting the Data & Analysing
Analyse the performance of the Sale Activator team and individual members, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. Based on analysis, you will make informed decisions to adjust sales tactics, product offerings, or way of approaches to better meet stores manager or owner demand.
Route Optimization
Create efficient working routes for field sales representatives to maximize customer visits and minimize travel time and costs. Leverage tools and software for route planning and scheduling to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Review route effectiveness periodically.
Ensuring In-Store Executions
You will lead and develop the Sales Activator team and DP merchandiser team to execute company standards and enhance product visibility. You will support promotional campaigns and marketing efforts by aligning product placement strategies with sales objectives. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach in improving in-store execution and enhancing customer engagement.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 3+years of experience in sales and marketing or 3+ years in merchandising team lead
- Solid understanding of the Off Premise Channels (Modern trade & General trade channel)
- Clearly understands Selling, Category & Trade Marketing Principles
- Able to drive a car and ride a motorbike
- Strong reporting and analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Thai and strong English communication
- Travel 40-50%
