Full Description

The Off-Premise Key Account Manager aims to strengthen and optimize the distribution and supply of Red Bull Energy Drink in supermarkets, drugstores, and wholesalers nationwide, with the goal of expanding sales. This position is responsible for business promotion with accounts in the designated area, including supermarkets, drugstores, and wholesalers. The role involves planning sales strategies, proposing promotions, managing product distribution, store development, KPI management, and executing improvement proposals.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning

    • Promote and Emeute Sales Planes.
    • Develop customer plans considering distribution and investment efficiency.
    • Achieve KPI targets.
  • Store Development and Branding

    • Manage the PDCA cycle for product distribution, sales volume, budget, placement of refrigerators and promotional materials, and store development.
    • Establish branding within each store.
    • Implement store development in line with global guidelines.
  • In-store Marketing and Visibility

    • Develop and propose POP materials.
    • Secure visibility space.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analysis and Reporting

    • Analyze customer growth rates and profitability.
    • Analyze sales promotion/visibility effects.
    • Understand customer performance based on sales volume.
    • Prepare reports for external and internal purposes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as the striker team, category team, and data team.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • University graduate (preferably in business or marketing)
  • Driver's license
  • EXPERIENCE
  • Approximately 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in account management or headquarters negotiations within the FMCG industry, particularly with wholesalers or supermarkets and drugstores
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with the designated area's geography is preferred
  • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Ability to build beneficial relationships with customers and connect them to business opportunities
  • High sales and communication skills (flexible negotiation and mediation)
  • Understanding of off-premise operations
  • Ability to understand commercial economic trends and sales figures
  • Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to improve English language skills (business-level English proficiency is preferred)
