Support the Process Mining and Automation team by helping to improve business processes!
Join our Process Mining team and contribute to uncovering valuable insights that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across global business processes. As a (Junior) Process Mining Specialist, you'll work on impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about data-driven decision-making and process optimisation.

PROCESS ANALYSIS & OPTIMISATION
You'll analyse and improve business processes across departments such as Finance (AR/AP), Procurement (P2P), Operations , and Supply Chain (O2C), using both domain knowledge and data-driven methods. You'll identify and define Process Performance Indicators (PPIs/KPIs), establish baselines, and continuously monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities. In addition, you'll translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for optimisation and automation. Finally, you'll conduct process discovery to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and compliance risks across key workflows.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You'll lead and manage process mining or business improvement projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You'll also define priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project execution within scope and budget. Finally, you'll communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through concise, data-driven reporting.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
You'll participate in cross-departmental improvement initiatives using Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks. You'll also partner with stakeholders in finance, supply chain, operations, and IT to understand pain points and identify opportunities across O2C, P2P, AR, and AP processes. You'll be the bridge between domain expertise and analytics by translating business needs into actionable insights. Finally, you'll support teams in understanding root causes, process variations, and potential improvements through intuitive analyses.
ENABLEMENT & SUPPORT
You'll conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate data, and ensure analytics quality. Also, you'll train and support end users, empowering them to use the analyses and insights effectively.
DOCUMENTATION & VALUE TRACKING
You'll create and maintain detailed documentation on process models, data pipelines, and project deliverables. You'll monitor and report on business outcomes, such as cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and efficiency gains.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, technology or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in process analysis, business improvement, or data analytics is required.
- Background in finance, operations, supply chain, or business transformation functions is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and related concepts is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable business insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and an understanding of transactional workflows is preferred.
- Background in finance, operations, supply chain, or business transformation, with exposure to process management (BPM), shared services, or operational excellence is considered a plus.
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to drive measurable and sustainable process improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude, eager to adapt to new environments, systems, and evolving business needs.
