WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Nike App Specialist would be part of the Platforms & Growth team in the Digital Team, the App Specialist will join a cross-functional team of people passionate about creating the future of digital commerce for Nike.

The specialist will be working closely with a diverse team (Site Experience, Marketing, Digital Ops, Merchandising, finance and others), coming together to drive a common agenda and align business outcome and with an elevated ability to read and react our business. The specialist will report to the Nike App Latam Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an organized, critical thinking, analytic and with excellent communication skills Digital Commerce Specialist for Nike App platform, you will play a critical role for the Mexico Business, working in partnership with com Manager to implement & build the strategy and run the platform business.  In this fast-paced role, we are looking for somebody that can adapt quickly, has strong sense of ownership, proactivity, accountability, passion for data, trend identification, consumer focus and obsession to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

On any given day the Specialist will:

  • Analyze and extract insights, driving a comprehensive E2E approach (Funnel & financial KPIS),
  • Create and automate weekly reports to identify consumer trends and behavior (navigation and shop), and recommend manager opportunities for improvement. 
  • Will be responsible of the Nike App performance monitoring.
  • Proposing new approaches, provide insights and executing the digital business strategy by working closely with cross functional teams (Brand, Digital Ops, Site Experience, DSM, Merch)
  • Coordinate all aspects of business, including content/communication strategy, developing promotional campaigns, improve APP navigation and journey destinations,
  • Understand consumer behavior and respond to trends and achieve critical e-commerce KPIS.
  • Run A/B testing inside the platform.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition in sporting goods e-commerce.
  •  Also, the Specialist will be responsible of manage and coordinate the authoring activities. (back end content)
