The Role:

As Motion Designer at DAZN, you’ll bring energy, originality, and visual flair to a wide range of content across our global OTT platform. From on-air promos and trailers to social media campaigns and marketing materials, you’ll create compelling motion graphics that captivate sports fans around the world.

You’ll collaborate closely with producers, editors, and fellow creatives to elevate the brand through eye-catching visuals that span digital and broadcast platforms. This is a hands-on, creatively rewarding role where your work will be seen by millions across DAZN’s global network.

This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create dynamic motion graphics for promos, trailers, marketing, and platform content
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and creative leads to interpret briefs and deliver strong visuals
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively
• Provide fresh ideas informed by current design trends, particularly within sports and digital media
• Take feedback constructively and refine work accordingly
• Deliver graphics and creative support at live F1 events 
• Create compelling motion and static visuals that maintain brand consistency and elevate the overall viewer experience.
• Design graphics for virtual screens and the digital platform, including show thumbnails and promotional content, ensuring high-quality delivery across all media.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in design, animation, media—or equivalent industry experience
• A strong portfolio of work, including motion projects (link required on your CV)
•  At least 3 years’ experience in a professional design or broadcast/production environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
•  Strong eye for typography, composition, and motion storytelling
•  Strong passion for Formula 1 and sports in general, with knowledge of the latest trends in sports media and broadcasting.
