As Office Manager at DAZN, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our Brussels office. You’ll ensure that our physical spaces are welcoming, functional, and well-maintained, while creating an environment that supports employee wellbeing and productivity. This role is central to our workplace experience, combining operational oversight with a people-first approach.
You’ll collaborate closely with the wider Workplace and People teams across the region, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and guests. Your proactive mindset and attention to detail will help foster a positive, efficient, and engaging office culture.
This role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Benefits include meal tickets, expense allowance, group insurance (3% of gross salary), hospitalization insurance (DKV) and transport allowances.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office facility in Brussels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and act as the primary contact for property-related matters.
- Manage vendor relationships including cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
- Monitor and manage contracts, budgets, and purchase orders related to office operations.
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, kitchen items, consumables) are stocked and available.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain a fully functional office environment.
- Organise employee events, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications to enhance culture and connectivity.
- Implement and monitor health and safety regulations in collaboration with external advisors.
- Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.
- Provide ad hoc support to the People and Facilities teams, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of operational tasks.
- Ensure all invoicing processes are accurately managed and fully compliant with internal financial systems and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in office management or workplace operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workplace health & safety regulations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills across all levels.
- Fluent in English
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Energetic, open-minded, and quick to learn.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and office budgets.
Benefits
- Meal tickets - 7€ a day with a personal contribution of 1.09€
- Net expense allowance of 100 Euro
- Group insurance (3% of gross salary)

- Home work allowance when you come by private car ( max 25 Euro based upon distance in km between home -work). When coming by public transport, 100% of train costs are covered, 80% of bus / metro.
