DAZN is looking for talented Motion designers to join the newly formed DAZN Creative India.
DAZN is the most disruptive business to hit the sports broadcasting landscape in decades and our creative thinking, execution and team spirit reflects this. By joining the DAZN Creative India as one of our Motion designers you will be instrumental in pushing this forward
The ideal candidates will be a proven and exciting design problem solver, experienced in broadcast and /or agency creative. You must be curious and open-minded, with a track record of creating stand out marketing and brand design work, preferably at a global level. The perfect candidate will be proficient on Adobe After Effects and able to bring graphics to life through motion.
DAZN Creative is an in-house team responsible for bringing communications / marketing briefs to life through creating and producing innovative, visually stunning, and effective creative that drive business performance across the group globally, with the largest client being DAZN. The department is a mix of Creatives, Designers and Production staff.
HERE'S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU'LL DO (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)
- To create effective digital designs for promotional/advertising campaigns in response to 360 briefs for (Video, web, email marketing, corporate & other briefs)
- Substantial professional experience of motion design working to broadcast standards.
- You will have the ability to prioritise effectively and work quickly and creatively under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Respond to briefs with conceptual ideas and be able to pitch them confidently.
- Work alongside creative colleagues/stakeholder to interpret briefs and to create the best work.
- To follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- To work to formal and informal creative briefs.
- Work with Creative colleagues and stakeholders to understand their needs and interpret briefs.
- Take onboard feedback and translate that into your work.
- Oversee your work through the post production process
- Ensure your work is editorially accurate and technically compliant.
- Be self-confident, flexible, motivated and a good communicator
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
- 4+ plus years motion design experience.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and creative design, art direction & typographic skills
- A link to your portfolio including up to date work on your CV is required Adobe creative suite After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Great understanding of typography, composition
- A good eye / Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great upwards management skills and diplomacy.
- Marketing, advertising, and brand-building experience.
NOT ESSENTIAL BUT GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE
- Experience working with localisation in a global capacity.
- Experience working on sports content.
