Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position
Pre-Games Responsibilities
Readiness Exercises
•prepare templates, documentation, and reports for stakeholders.
•plan meetings and manage participant lists, invitations, and agendas.
•oversee logistics for readiness activities, such as room bookings, translation services, and AV equipment.
•create presentations to communicate readiness outcomes and updates:
Pre Games and Games Time Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution
•track and manage MOC Issue Management System
•support in managing issues escalated to MOC.
•monitor and manage incident reports, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Reporting Activities:
•support daily reporting processes during Main Operations Centre operations by consolidating data into actionable reports.
•support analysis of operational data and provide insights to support decision-making during critical moments.
•create real-time dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and Excel.
Games Time Responsibilities
MOC services:
•coordinate meeting room booking and assignment
•ensure meeting room maintenance and preparedness
•develop, manage updates, and share the internal and external directory as appropriate (including phone and e-mail contacts)
•operate the video wall as per the pre-assigned organization of the screens
•coordinate accreditation needs and changes for MOC staff
•coordinate the production of badges for staff/visitors authorized to access the MOC
•coordinate the organization of visits of the MOC

Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technologies, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management (Agile), Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
- Strong coordination and communication skills,
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Additional Information:
- The role requires flexibility, including potential shifts and extended working hours during Games Time.
- The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with multiple departments, ensuring an integrated and proactive approach to data-driven decision-making within the MOC.
