MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Collect, consolidate and analyse operational data related to CPD (carnets de passage en douane), insurance and Tourism Services activities.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, including sales volumes, distribution performance, claims ratios and stock levels.
  • Consolidate statistical data for year-end accounts, management reporting packs and internal business reviews.
  • Carry out research and benchmarking activities related to tourism services, customs documentation, international travel documentation and member services.

Budget Monitoring & Financial Support

  • Support the monitoring of departmental expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Liaise with the Finance department on invoice processing, payment tracking and reconciliation matters.
  • Assist in preparing financial data and statistics for insurance-related reporting and Member Club communications.
  • Contribute to improving financial tracking tools and reporting templates used by the department.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update operational documentation, manuals, handbooks and club-facing materials relating to CPD and VIAFIA activities.
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, up to date, well structured and easy to access.
  • Support updates of relevant content on FIA internal platforms and, where applicable, the FIA website.
  • Coordinate information flows between Tourism Services and internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal and IT.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Support the management and monitoring of CPD order processing and distribution data.
  • Contribute to the coordination of projects aimed at improving or developing Tourism Services offerings.

PROFILE:

  • Currently enrolled in, or about to start, a Master 1 programme, ideally in business administration, management control, finance, international business, data analytics or a related field.
  • Looking for a two-year apprenticeship contract, covering Master 1 and Master 2.
  • Previous internship, academic project or first exposure to financial analysis, business reporting, operations, data analysis or an international organisation is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Structured, rigorous and well organised approach to work.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken).
  • Arabic and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
