THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:

• Help whenever FIFA top management is present at the Paris office, in cooperation with the office of the FIFA President and the MA Division Office, adhere to existing protocol, welcome and receive guests, facilitate parking, manage access control, arrange for gifts and flags, liaise with
• Communications division for media activities, prepare meeting space, organise lunches and dinners,
• Manage events within the Paris office or at other venues in Paris, being liaison person for travel and accommodation, manage catering, managing invoices, sending invitations, coordinate other event related tasks,
• In collaboration with the Office Manager provide ad-hoc support to the management of the Paris office
• Act as a central contact point for the member associations representatives from Africa visiting the Paris office
• Ad-hoc support with the implementation of the Forward Programme and liaising with the
• African member associations of FIFA
• Book and coordinate the travel of the director member associations Africa
• Take note of meetings of the sub-division Africa

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Service oriented
• Feels comfortable in a VIP environment.
• Able to write high quality official letters in French and English
• Master degree from or in the course of obtaining the degree
• 1-2 years of event management experience
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficiency in any other FIFA language (AR/POR) is an asset
• Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
