Full Description
As a Marketing Manager - Performance at FBG you will help lead and define key strategic goals and objectives across Owned and Operated Channels. This role will lead and champion both the commercial and marketing aspects on how we drive growth and revenue for Owned and Operated Channels. The Marketing Manager will play a key role cross-functionally across the FBG Business, Commerce and Corporate to ensure plans and campaigns are delivered in market, with a key focus on marketing, commercials, collaboration and execution.
Responsibilities:
● Primary point of contact for the Owned and Operated Team, overseeing the delivery of campaigns, executing effectively and reporting back to the business
● Lead on the strategy and work with key stakeholders to define goals, analyse results, stakeholder management
● Maintain strong alignment with performance marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet both strategic planning objectives
● Collaborate with marketing, finance, creative, media, commercial, legal, promo and ops, product in addition to Corporate and Commerce Teams
● Be hands on, gain knowledge of customer needs & journeys, stay up to date with competitor trends in market, be laser focused on data, trends and insights from campaigns ● Lead on weekly and monthly reports, developing a key understanding of what is happening and why, making recommendations back to the business
What skills are important to us:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial or related field
● Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, e.g. Tableau
● Strong executive presentation and communication skills
● Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
● Highly outcome oriented and data driven
● Is a strategic thinker with ability to build a narrative and storytelling
● Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills
● Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better
● Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team
The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program.
*Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $84,700 to $120,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
