Reporting organisationally to the Regional Manager Distribution, the Uniform Supply Chain Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Logistics team, and work in close collaboration with FIFA Workforce and Uniforms key collaborators and other key individuals. This position is responsible for overseeing, planning and coordinating all uniform distribution operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ across the three host countries. This role ensures that uniforms, including formalwear, business casual, and casual event-branded attire are delivered, distributed, and replenished accurately and on time to all Host City Uniform Distribution Centers (UDCs) and other designated locations.
Working in close collaboration with the Uniform Manager in each Host City, the Uniform Supply Chain Manager will manage logistics operations supporting uniform delivery and returns, coordinate with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) for transport and material handling.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Uniform Supply Chain Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Plan and manage all uniform distribution operations across Host Cities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of uniform items.
- Liaise regularly with Uniform Managers in each Host City to confirm delivery schedules and replenishment needs.
- Coordinate all transportation requirements, including trucks, and handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Distribution to align uniform delivery schedules with overall logistics timelines.
- Align uniform delivery schedules with the overall Distribution Master Plan and logistics timelines.
- Ensure all shipments are properly documented and tracked through the established logistics systems.
- Manage replenishment requests for each Uniform Distribution Center (UDC) to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Support the collection and return of unused or damaged uniforms post-event.
- Coordinate any Logistics Service Requests received from the Uniforms team, ensuring prompt execution.
- Monitor distribution performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to FIFA Events Logistics’ service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inbound/outbound movements, deliveries, and returns.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on distribution progress, and replenishment activities.
- Optimize transportation and packaging solutions to reduce environmental impact.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address and resolve any logistical issues impacting distribution operations.
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all team members, including compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Act as first point of contact for Logistics if travelling or based in alternative location.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field in logistics, distribution, or transportation management, with a proven track record of operational success in large-scale events or similar environments with a solid understanding of Can-Mex-U.S. transportation regulations and best practices in distribution logistics.
- Team player with a strong customer-service focus, comfortable across all levels of communication and a desire to go the extra mile.
- Ability to present and clearly communicate to audiences in a multitude of public/private settings as required.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, multi-tasking, and prioritization of tasks and deliverables.
- Willing to work to complex, tight, immovable timelines while maintaining a positive attitude, exhibiting patience, persistence and experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to make decisions both independently and within a team environment
Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
