Manager, Software Engineering-NikeInc.- Beaverton, OR. Lead the engineering track of our new Workforce Management deployment, including software configuration, integrations, and testing; Manage the operations of our existing solution, team members, and vendor; Implement new processes and tools, such as automated testing, to increase quality and reliability; Collaborate with, product managers, engineering teams, and other departments to ensure design and implementation meet internal standards; Mentor and empower geographically dispersed team members to develop their skills and successfully deliver the work of the area; Prepare and deliver performance evaluations and conduct performance management coaching. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or engineering- related occupation. Experience must include:
