WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH


As the Manager, Marketplace Supply Chain for digital, you will use your leadership skills, cross-functional business knowledge, and supply-chain expertise to obsess the Nike consumer experience by transforming insights into action.  You will partner with cross functional stakeholders in the NA Digital business and NA Supply chain teams to align on these actions.

You love to solve problems and are comfortable leading through ambiguity to drive results. You can influence across leadership and work collaboratively to ensure your stakeholders are supported. This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration and communication across internal and external supply chain and commercial teams. You are self-motivated and a strategic problem-solver with the ability to influence teams and leaders in a matrixed organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on marketplace supply chain, digital operations and/or digital experience

  • Experience managing and coaching a team, with demonstrated interest in continuous learning and leadership development

  • Ability to effectively communicate, manage difficult conversations with stakeholders, and influence decision making

  • Experience, interest, and ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences

  • Understanding of Nike digital processes and/or digital consumer insights preferred

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON


You and your team will a portfolio of initiatives focused on post-consumer purchase experiences and insights.    You will partner with cross functional stakeholders in our NA Nike Direct Digital Operations and Supply Chain teams.  The focus will be improving consumer experience that support a reduction of costs, increase of speed to our consumer while maximizing consumer satisfaction.  You are responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team.

  • You and your team are responsible for working with internal and external cross-functional partners to maintain a clear commercial story, drive optimal stores flow, and maintaining a clear point of view of the commercial landscape to be able to communicate to our supply chain team

  • You will manage consumer satisfaction results and work back with cross functional stakeholders to identify process improvement areas

  • You will work across marketplace supply chain teams to streamline best practices

  • You will build expertise in digital supply chain processes and capabilities and develop strategies to streamline efficient processes

  • You will be responsible for providing business & NA supply chain teams with monthly Nike Consumer Insights & Recommendations for future Enhancements

  • You will be responsible for external vendor management in support of competitive marketplace insights

  • Provide holistic view of competitive marketplace on monthly and quarterly basis with recommendations on lead time, shipping communication & unboxing.

  • Support our digital holiday offense by tracking Consumer Insights in real time to advice NA supply chain teams of impacts to overall experience by highlighting impact areas w/ downward trends
