Full Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To enable a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR Learning & Development Framework for GBS Center and teams.
Active support in the GBS Roadmap implementation in regard to the Learning & Development journey of GBS. Manages and acts as a key contributor for local or global HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:
Ensure effective and high-quality learning delivery and deployment, in close cooperation with Adidas Global Learning & Development and other key stakeholders
- Define and maintain standard onboarding and functional and non functional training curricula for GBS employees, linked to standard approach for career development and strategic workforce planning.
- Stimulate learner motivation and encourage participation
- Owns education budget of the location and controls education spend in the location
- Design and keep track of learning completion and KPIs
- Together with Functional Services Leaders, develop Strategic Workforce Plan to ensure required capabilities will be available when needed.
- Design, revise and execute Learning & Development Framework for GBS Bogota
- Design, revise and implement competency model assessment for all streams and overall GBS Bogota
- Design, revise and administer skills gap assessments with Team Leads and Employees to create customized training plans needed to strengthen their existing skills or learn new ones
- Liaise and define together with Business the Learning & Development needs for the specific areas and provide framework for deployment
- Define and implement success KPIs and evaluation of Learning programs and progress tracking
- Utilize available resources to organize, develop, and prioritize learning plans and curricula that align with organizational strategic priorities
- Create a culture of continuous development through coaching and awareness of Leaders and respective teams
- Ensure consistency between Talent and Succession programs and Training programs
- Trusted advisor/ consultant on Learning and Development areas
- Support implementation of GBS Roadmap from an HR Learning & Development perspective
- Support key HR development processes, Development Plans, Succession Plan, Appraisal , Team Line Up, Training Planning and new hires training and integration
- Develop and support implementation of employee related activities to ensure / promote engagement, motivation and an enthusiastic work environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- HR Capabilities: Development & Training tools; Learning Management System
- Experience in Shared Service Centers/GBS Environment and/or fast paced organizations
- Business Capabilities: Customer focus, understanding HR strategy, understanding business, its value chain and key processes
- Consulting Capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to sell HR solutions to the business, trusted advisor, small group facilitation, coaching skills, project input and delivery
- A good team player with basic management skills
- Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills, basic coaching skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Confident, creative and collaborative within the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills to employees and small groups
- Supports innovation and supports the development of new ideas, approaches and methods
- Is open to new approaches and supports change actively
- Shows understanding of the overall strategy and the relevance for tasks

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Social/Human Sciences or Administrative.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company as Development & Training Partner.
