THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
• Act as the contact person for all FIFA Forward Development Programme (regulatory) matters
• Manage the administration and operation of the FIFA Forward Development Programme across the Member Associations (Services sub-)division, including but not limited to:
• Reviewing applications submitted by Member Associations for specific projects, ensuring adherence to the FIFA Forward Development Programme regulations
• Collecting, assessing and documenting all relevant information required to draft funding agreements for the specific projects applied for by Member Associations
• Monitoring the implementation and progress of specific projects
• Preparing regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating the (centralised) support services provided by FIFA to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the processes and procedures with regard to the various funding approval meetings with relevant stakeholders in relation to the FIFA Forward Development Programme Contribute to the reporting on legacy and impact of the FIFA Forward Development Programme
• Contribute to the strategic initiatives linked to the Member Associations Division's outcome areas
• Provide the Director Member Associations Services with support in operational matters and any ad-hoc tasks

• Good written, verbal and visual communication

• Good design thinking and being open minded
• A master or bachelor's degree in (sports) business administration or another closely related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in either an international sports federation, in managing development programmes or in a related field
• Proficiency in any other FIFA language (Spanish / German / Arabic / Portuguese / Russian) is an asset
• Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
• Willingness to travel
