Purpose & Overall Relevance

Implement and drive the Culture Marketing Strategy in Chile to ensure the success of Brand Positioning through influencers, content creators, entertainers, and activations. Increase brand visibility in culture across Gen Z, women, fashion, music, content creators, sustainability & subcultures. Manage key logistics, project coordination, and administrative tasks for Culture Marketing relationships and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive local Culture Marketing strategy, inclusive of partner acquisition, contractual negotiation, seeding, agency relationships, and activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within Entertainment, Fashion, Art, and Influencer industries in Chile.
  • Coordinate end-to-end promo product processes to maximize seeding strategy, including hype, originals, and performance.
  • Apply trends and product knowledge to achieve brand objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to connect partners to support business units, prioritizing lifestyle.
  • Lead Culture Marketing presentations for internal teams, executives, and key milestone meetings.
  • Manage Culture Marketing budget and ensure efficient spending.
  • Execute partner activation plans, ensuring contract compliance and timely processing of invoices.
  • Coordinate internal and external administrative needs for relationship services.
  • Coordinate local production photoshoots and obtain necessary approvals for images, digital mechanics, and usage rights.

Requisite Education / Experience & Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of current Social Media and influencer marketing trends to recommend both strategic and creative action plans with tactical and detailed execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of music, fashion, sneaker culture, lifestyle and entertainment industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with diverse stakeholders working in a collaborative way.
  • Innovative thinking, great time management, problem-solving skills to lead and participate in project management and be able to prioritize projects and resources.
  • Ability to write reports with KPI's, business correspondence, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated data driven mindset with strong numerical analysis skills to identify and develop data driven marketing plans.
  • Flexible to work unconventional business hours (evenings, weekends) when needed.
  • Fluency in Spanish. Advanced English.
