- Troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure that emails display properly across different devices, email clients, and browsers (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
- Ensure that email templates are mobile-responsive and meet accessibility best practices.
- Push Notification Setup & Deployment
- Use platforms like OneSignal, Braze, or Iterable to schedule and deploy push notifications.
- Ensure push notifications are tested and formatted properly for iOS, Android, and desktop web.
- Monitor for issues in delivery, rendering, and user experience, flagging and troubleshooting any problems.
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing
- Conduct thorough QA of all email and push campaigns, including testing for broken links, content errors, and HTML rendering issues.
- Use testing tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, or in-app testing platforms to preview campaigns across devices and email clients.
- Test and validate push notifications to ensure proper delivery, visibility, and design on iOS, Android, and desktop devices.
- Platform & Tool Management
- Work within Email Service Providers (ESPs) and push platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or OneSignal.
- Handle list imports, customer segmentation, and tagging for audience targeting.
- Maintain campaign logs, document QA processes, and provide clear status updates on tasks and deliverables.
- Campaign Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign health post-launch, ensuring email sends and push notifications are delivered as expected.
- Work with internal teams to correct errors, re-deploy campaigns, or make real-time adjustments as needed.
