WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

With the new addition of the German Football Federation ( DFB) to the Nike portfolio , starting January 2027,we are in search of a Nike Football Lead Partner Representative (m/f/d) to join the Club and Feds organization ! We are looking for someone who will grow their Federation business within the German marketplace by executing the Football strategy and landing the seasonal stories and right assortment (breadth and depth) to serve your target consumer. We are looking for someone to implement our Clubs and Feds strategy complimenting our Nike  Marketplace.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Kick off the DFB partnership ahead of the Go Live iconic moment ( January 2027). ( Marketplace strategy, Sell In strategy and execution, SP27 Seasonal execution and beyond,…)

  • Lead and develop the Nike business with your federation channel: You will be driving the development of your business, in line with the overall Nike strategies to achieve sales goals on a seasonal basis. Own and lead the Global Football Partnerships  relationship with the clubs and federations.

  • Finalize seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results

  • Plan your accounts business: efficient and effective top down and bottoms up target setting and forecasting process with the accounts. In particular, drive excellence in the specific management of the kit lifecyles and business models associated with the federation business.

  • Manage the DFB account partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at the Federation channels (digital & B&M) aligned with the Nike Marketplace strategy. Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across the multiple platform ecosystem of the Federation. Drive excellence in the consumer experience of the fan.

  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account.

  • Multi-functional key stakeholder engagement: Drive alignment across the Nike Consumer Code. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly into the DFB Club Business Director. Seasonally / Monthly you will need to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, Operations and Brand from the Federation and  Nike teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided.

WHAT YOU BRING

Minimum Requirements for Interview

  • 7+ years of experience in account/category management, driving and executing the long-term strategy for accounts

  • Ability to drive business development / strategic projects based on a deep understanding of key retail metrics and data

  • Proven Experiience of Work with Club and Federation retail, including extensive experience of Kit lifecycle commercial management

  • Passion for the new digital trends', product, retail & financial planning with a stong analytical/ digital KPI mindset.

  • Demonstrably strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas optimally

  • Demonstrates strong partner management, selling and consulting skills

  • Strong retail planning skills and ability to leverage data to optimize inventory and gross margins

  • Strong Merchandising and product acumen
