WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Korea Energy Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Energy Marketing for Korea based in Seoul, Korea. This role collaborates closely with Geo counterparts, key business partners, and influential city tastemakers. You will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Entertainment Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Retail Marketing, and Marketplace teams, as well as external Nike collaborators and accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication across all stakeholders.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a relationship-driven leader and strategic marketing expert with deep experience in brand and culture marketing, and a strong understanding of both global and local cultural influences. The ideal candidate is passionate about community, culture, sneakers, and style, and is adept at building strong working relationships with internal management and external partners. You will lead and support teams toward a shared vision, driving the development and execution of marketing plans, and navigating a complex matrix organization with agility and insight.
Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, media, or fashion industry
  • Proven strategic planning and marketing acumen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and seek information proactively
  • High level of taste and understanding of style, fashion, and culture
  • Open, positive, and empathetic approach to sharing knowledge and collaborating

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead the development and execution of Energy Marketing strategies for Korea, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Nike’s brand vision and resonate with local consumers. Your work will require strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of culture and community.

  • Drive the integration and consistent delivery of Energy Marketing plans and executions, aligned with Consumer Concepts and seasonal stories for Korea.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key products and develop a clear seasonal and annual Energy Marketing calendar.
  • Lead strategic direction and execution to ensure culturally relevant, consumer-centric local activations.
  • Manage budgets, product ordering, and seasonal concept mapping for all Energy Marketing priorities.
  • Ensure clear communication and strategic alignment with regional and local stakeholders.
  • Maximize the potential of Energy Marketing spaces, fostering strategic relevance and local/cultural connections with city tastemakers.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance KPIs, trends, and business impact to inform future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external Nike collaborators and accounts.
