WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH?

Brand Marketing at Nike serves as the captain in driving impactful marketing campaigns and building meaningful consumer connections. As part of the Nike Sports Wear (NSW) Brand Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional Marketing teams—including Retail, Digital, Media, Communications, Brand Creative—both locally and across APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) and Global teams to deliver disruptive and effective brand campaigns.

You will be part of the Korea NSW Brand team, reporting directly to the Brand Director based in Korea. You will work close partnership with Marketing teams across Retail, Digital, Partner Marketing (Musinsa, 29cm, ABC), Media, Entertainment, Communications, and Brand Creative, as well as cross-functional teams locally, across APLA, and with Global teams. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Nike is looking for a strategic and creative brand marketer with a strong understanding of Korean consumers, sportswear industry, and cultural landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep insight into Korean youth and how they engage with brands, content, creators and culture. This role requires an energetic go-getter with hands-on marketing and digital expertise who pushes beyond the status quo of traditional marketing.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer marketing or a related field

  • Strong understanding of Korean youth and multidimensional consumer and cultural insight

  • Proven communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external agency partners

  • Positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude

  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving consumer and organizational needs

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will deliver community and consumer insights that inform marketing plans and activations to drive brand love and distinction for Nike Sportswear.

  • Contribute insights and ideas to build an authentic connection between Nike sportswear and youth

  • Identify key moments, communities, creators and digital and physical partners that shape consumer lifestyles. Plan and support community connections, including coordinating products and operations to serve them effectively.

  • Input into strategic brand plans and lead the execution of events and activations

  • Lead the briefing of internal teams and external agency partners, and work with them to deliver reporting and campaign insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, Digital, Retail Marketing, Communications, Entertainment, and Partner Marketing) to coordinate and roll out campaigns across marketing channels

  • Organize, track, and deliver product requirements for key moments
