As Lead, Commercial Reporting, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our global performance reporting strategy. You will spearhead the evolution of our commercial reporting landscape across DTC and B2B channels — ensuring consistency, clarity, and technical rigor in how we report performance from executive dashboards to merchandising metrics. Sitting at the intersection of business insight and technical fluency, you will translate global commercial needs into scalable reporting solutions, and help embed reporting best practices across teams and regions. This role is pivotal to ensuring that we are ahead of the game in our reporting frameworks in order to drive global alignment, identify problem areas early, and build for the future.
Your Mission
- Lead the evolution of commercial performance reporting by defining the what, where and why for key commercial reports and the content within them
- Own the global Wholesale data roadmap, with a specific focus on sell-out data ingestion, planning for coverage expansion on new and existing accounts, integration into performance reporting, and best practices in third-party performance visibility
- Bridge the gap between business needs and data infrastructure, collaborating closely with Data Platform, Engineering, and other tech teams to ensure commercial reporting is grounded in reliable, scalable sources
- Develop and govern global commercial reporting standards, including dashboards and KPIs at the executive, category, regional, and merchandising levels
- Champion best practices for data visualization, storytelling, and usability across commercial reports and tools
- Partner with merchandising leaders to drive adoption of category-level insights, ensuring that data translates to action and clarity
- Stay ahead of industry trends in omnichannel performance analytics — bringing new ideas and solutions to the table
Your story
- You have 6+ years experience in a data analytics or data engineering role, with key competencies in developing and optimizing reporting solutions
- You have a solid understanding of commercial performance drivers across DTC and B2B channels
- You have a strong technical literacy: experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), SQL-based data querying, and modern data platforms
- You have a proven ability to think big and execute, translating business needs into scalable reporting frameworks that lead the business into the future
- You are experienced managing complex stakeholder environments across global and regional levels
- You have strong communication skills — able to influence, align, and present insights to a leadership audience
- You have experience in consumer goods, fashion, retail, or a fast-paced commercial environments

In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
