Your mission

  • Prepare presentations and executive-level documents in close collaboration with the Head of CEO Office
  • Coordinate executive meeting content preparation ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up on decisions and action items from executive meetings and ensure timely execution with relevant stakeholders
  • Create and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to monitor the execution status for agreed actions
  • Connect independently with internal counterparts to gather updates, discuss action item status, and support effective information flow
  • Support the Head of CEO Office in steering CEO priorities and ensuring operational clarity across the organization.

Your talent

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience, ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
