Full Description
In this internship you'll assist the Campaign Activation Manager with various tasks surrounding Brand topics on the RedBull.com website. You tasks will include country support in campaign execution, ensuring adherence to international guidelines across the board, and supporting the manager in the scoping and planning of different globally led campaigns.
You’ll play an integral part in creating digital experiences that excites and engages users, crafting content and updates that reflect consumer needs while fostering brand love. Through clear communication and seamless integration across digital touchpoints, your efforts in the team will elevate the impact of campaigns, ensuring they are memorable and valuable to all participants and observers.
We are looking for motivated talent to join us for six months from August/September 2025.

DIGITAL BRAND CAMPAIGNS ACTIVATIONS
As the Campaign Activation Intern, you’ll support the Campaign Activation Manager in ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and user experiences across markets. You’ll assist in the creation, optimization, and publishing of engaging campaigns, working closely with key stakeholders to align efforts with marketing goals.
COLLABORATION IS KEY
Supporting over 75 country digital teams and regional teams, you’ll gain experience in understanding and addressing market-specific needs, challenges and preferences, while providing guidance to adapt global strategies for local markets.
BE THE KEEPER OF OUR GUIDELINES
In this exciting role, you’ll support the Campaign Activation Manager in creating comprehensive rollout guidelines for global master activations. These guidelines will serve as a framework to help country teams successfully adapt and execute global campaigns while ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and standards.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree) in Digital marketing, Media or any related field.
- Fluent English speaker; other languages are considered an asset.
- Work experience in media field, brand field and/or entertainment field is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative media ideas.
- An understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of worldwide marketing, media environment and understanding the Red Bull Brand values.
- Travel 0-10%
