Ever wondered how the trainers you are wearing made it to you? A global supply chain is characterized by the crossing of borders. The international movement of goods means taxes and regulatory requirements. In Global Customs we work towards facilitating and optimizing trade while meeting increasing regulation.

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

• Support and play an active role in Global Customs projects defined by Global Operations Customs.
• Assist in the organisation of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and information packages for the workshops.
• Support customs process improvement and automation initiatives
• Support customs team members prepare analytics, reporting and cost optimizations.
• Support if needed for import and export activities
• Support Global Operations Customs Representation on supply chain projects with customs impact, collaborating with other departments

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

• Students with emphasis on the areas of supply chain, law, international trade, business, logistics, information systems
• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate).
• Good planning and organizational skills, and ability to work and deliver in dynamic environment while adhering to specified deadlines
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and explain laws and regulations
• Team player, enthusiasm, and desire to learn
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English & Spanish, written and spoken
• No prior working experience in supply chain/customs needed

ELIGIBILITY 

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
• Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
• Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 15th – July 15th 2025
• Ability to relocate to Zaragoza in Spain or the full duration of the internship
