Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international travel reservations for corporate clients

  • Book flights, hotels, cars, and other travel arrangements using Sabre GDS

  • Provide consultative travel solutions based on client preferences and company policies

  • Handle changes, cancellations, exchanges, and reissues accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate travel records and ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with quick response times and attention to detail

  • Assist with visa/passport requirements, travel advisories, and other client inquiries

  • In depth knowledge of complex itineraries, air fares and fare construction calculations including the use of nett fares, IT fares, route deals and corporate negotiated fares

  • Full understanding of travel industry regulations, along with worldwide compliance requirements

  • Ability to work a rotating on-call shift on weekends and holidays (Agents rotate every 3-6 weeks)

  • Manage hotel room blocks

  • Minimum 5+years of experience as a Corporate Travel Agent.

  • Proficiency in Sabre GDS (required)

  • Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing, and currency exchanges

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong knowledge with Outlook, Excel and Word
