About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Mid - Senior Professional to help us identify and establish strong relationships with potential top-tier event promoters for Premier Padel / CUPRA FIP Tour in key markets. This individual will play a crucial role in the entire process—from identifying potential event promoters, building lasting relationships, and participating in the negotiations and supporting on contracts process.
Key Responsibilities:

Identification of Event Promoters: Proactively research and identify potential high-caliber event promoters across Premier Padel’s target markets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and vision.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with promoters, acting as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless partnership.

Negotiation & Contract Finalization: Lead negotiations with event promoters, focusing on favorable terms that align with Premier Padel’s objectives. Oversee the contract process to ensure legal and business alignment.

Strategic Business Development: Work closely with internal teams to create business development strategies that identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the event promotion space.

Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights, reporting on potential opportunities and market changes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including legal, marketing, and event management, to ensure smooth execution of agreements and event promotions.

Ad-Hoc Special Projects: Assist senior leadership with special projects contributing to international expansion and business growth.
What we’re looking for:

A degree in Business, Law, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, ideally within sports, event management, or related sectors.

A solid understanding of legal concepts and contract negotiations—experience in law or having a legal background is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and external partners.

A deep understanding of the sports industry, specifically within event promotion or management.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to find win-win solutions.

A proactive approach to market research and business development.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strategic yet adaptable mindset.
