Internal Communications Partner

Role Purpose
Reporting into the Internal Communications Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in building and delivering empowering and engaging communications for our Flutter Functions colleagues. You'll partner directly with leadership teams and comms colleagues across the business, supporting functional areas and contributing to exciting comms campaigns and events that bring our growth strategy to life for our people.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Comms Delivery & Execution: Work closely with the Flutter Functions Internal Comms team to build and deliver engaging communications for our Flutter Functions colleagues, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and impactful.
• Business Partnering: Partner with leadership teams across the Flutter Functions to understand their communication needs and translate business objectives into effective internal communication plans.
• Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating, building, reviewing and developing engaging content for a variety of internal stakeholders and channels, both online and in-person (e.g., newsletters, presentations, event materials, video scripts).  
• Project & Campaign Support: Provide hands-on project-based support, including the coordination and delivery of comms campaigns and events across Flutter Functions, from initial concept to execution.
• Channel Management: Support the effective use and management of internal communication channels, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and accessible.
• Reporting & Insights: Contribute to providing an "air-traffic control" view of internal comms across Flutter Functions, assisting in generating insights through monthly reports to inform future strategies.

Skills & Capabilities

• Internal Communications Experience: Proven experience in an internal communications role, ideally within a fast-paced and complex organization.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience of business partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrating an ability to build relationships and influence effectively.
• Channel Knowledge & Flair: Good understanding of a range of internal communication and social channels, with a flair for delivering creative and engaging communications.
• Content Creation Skills: Strong all-round internal communications skills, with a proven ability to create compelling content for various platforms.
• Event Delivery: Experience in assisting with or delivering internal events, from logistical coordination to on-the-day support.
• Excellent Communication: Excellent written and presentation communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with content management systems, planning tools, and communication software.
• Data & Reporting: Experience in handling data to generate insights and support reporting on communication effectiveness.
