Department

WWE’s socialmedia teamis a core groupwithinWWE Media, overseeing all things related to digital content creation and social media strategy.The social media teamis a 24/7, always-on extension of WWE’s weekly shows and Premium Live Events; it is the social media team’s responsibility to ensure that WWE’s storytellingdoesn’tend when the broadcast concludes. In addition to promoting,supportingandexpanding uponWWE’s TV productsandSuperstars, the social teamoperatesas a newsroomby breaking company and storyline news.WWE’s social media team is on thecutting edgeof digital trends, a leader in the social mediaspaceanda hub for content innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, pitch, and create content for WWE social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat, Threads, and WhatsApp

  • Assistwith live social media coverage for WWE weekly shows and Premium Live Events, as needed

  • Supportsocial content organization initiatives by implementing metadata structures to track content andmonitorperformance

  • Writeclear, grammaticallyaccurate, and polished social copy with minimal editsrequired

  • Assistwith day-to-day content execution and coordination to support broader social media initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strongorganizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines

  • Comfortableworking a non-traditional schedule, including select nights and weekends

  • Strongeditorial judgment with the ability to independently conceive and execute compelling content

  • Workingknowledge of WWE programming, talent, and storylines preferred

Program Details

WeofferinternshipopportunitiesacrossIMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR),TKO Corporate,UFC, andWWE.Locations includeNew York City,Atlanta, Austin,Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, andStamford, CT.All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to hands-onexperience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry,internsparticipateinevents such aswelcome/farewellsessions,aspeaker seriesfeaturing company leaders, and career trainingworkshops addressing everything fromLinkedIn profile enhancementtoresume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

Internships are40 hoursper week, Monday through Friday,or standard local working hours in theinternlocation.

Important Dates

  • By February 2nd:Internships are posted to our career sites.

  • February 28th:Applications will be accepted through this date.

  • March 1stto March 27th:Recruiters willcontactcandidatesand begin the interview process.

  • March 30thto April 17th:Offers will be extended to selected candidates.

  • May 18th: Program start date. 

  • The program will be12weeksin length, May18ththrough August7th.

Recruitment Process

Our process consists offoursteps.

  • 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share whyyou’reinterested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?

  • 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected forthe next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30-minutevideo interview.

  • 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2additionalteam members.

  • 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer.If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility

Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

Candidates mustindicateif they now or in the future require Endeavor tocommence(“sponsor”) an immigration casein order toemploy them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

Pay

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location.Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
