Program Structure
- Internship period: Jul 2026 – Dec 2026 (6 months)

Purpose of Role
The regional Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the marketing operations, social media channels, strategies, and launch campaigns of the marketing team. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the team behind SAPAC Marketing.
Your Impact
As the Marketing rookie, you are expected to assist on both Digital Marketing and Marketing, and your responsibilities include:
- Digital marketing
- Manage the organization, distribution, and timely delivery of digital marketing assets across platforms, and ensure alignment with campaign timelines.
- Develop and implementing engaging content strategies tailored for various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Involve in APAC marketing calendars and ensuring consistency across various markets in APAC region by managing daily operations of social media channels, which include scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting.
- Marketing
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of both external and internal communications.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities for strategic planning and campaign development.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including draft detailed content briefs for brand ambassadors, logistics, on-site support, and post-event reporting, to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Preferably undergraduate majoring in Marketing, Communications Studies, or any related field, in the Second year of study or above.
- Good understanding of social media channels and user behaviour.
- Proven experience in sports marketing roles, dealing with PR and event agencies would be an edge
- Strong interest in sports and fitness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passionate, committed, and eager to learn mindset
- Able to work with a team or independently where needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
Workplace Location
- Location: Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
- Return To Work Designation: Office-based
Base Compensation
HKD 70 per hour, minimum of 20 hours per week.
