Purpose of Role

This position will cover the working load for apparel, accessories and footwear factory which location in Jakarta, West Java and possibility to expand to Central Java if needed in future.

Your Impact

• Controlling and monitoring quality process at UA vendor/factory, including to work with brand product development/commercialization team to set up the correct SOP, attend the production trial and execute the initial production order inspection.
• Consolidate UA quality standards among different factories, different teams, setting up and updating Defect Manuals to level the standards.
• Works with QA Manager to evaluate, approve, train, and certify existing supplier as well as new suppliers on a planned time during start-up period, including lead UA CFA (Certified Factory Auditor).
• Conduct the production line audit and SOP (standard operational process) follow up process to ensure that UA Product Quality Integrity has apply at UA vendor/factory.
• Elevate any potential risks that may affect product quality or delivery timelines to the manager.  This including to follow up if any failed audit at DH and review VOC (Voice of Customer) with vendor/factory.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate / Bachelor in textile business or textile engineering or industrial engineering.
• Excellent in English
• Have 2-6 years working experiences as Quality Assurance in apparel or footwear industries.
• Strong in interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Solid experiences with problems solving method also a good in processing data.
• Able to travel domestic and overseas.
