Inspire For The Future Expression Of Interest Application

INSPIRE FOR THE FUTURE is the LTA’s early-talent programme designed to give School/College leavers or University/MSc students the opportunity to gain meaningful, real-world work experience.

Our placements offer hands-on experience across a wide range of teams and functions. Participants work on real projects that make an impact, while developing the skills and confidence needed for the modern workplace.

Alongside practical experience, all participants have access to a bespoke learning pathway on LTA Learn, designed to strengthen key skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving and professional behaviours.

Placement dates:

Placements run for 3–12 months and all applicants must be available for roles beginning between September 2026 and August 2027.

Applicants must be either:

• School/College leaver
• University students (including year-in-industry and MSc placements)
