Full Description
This role is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of tactical HR support for managers and employees within Red Bull Bragantino. The HRBP will also support the HR Manager on identifying and executing initiatives that will enable business performance through our HR Value chain (Select, Manage, Develop, Grow & Reward). The HRBP will partner directly with functional business teams and be proactive in working with managers to enable high performance. The HRBP understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes.

Business Partner
Partner with people managers to input into and influence the direction of their people priorities with the goal to drive high performance.
Coach, advise & empower people managers to be best in class across the HR Value Chain: Select, Manage, Develop, Reward and Grow and ensure adoption and execution of the global HR philosophies driving manager ownership and responsibility for all people related topics.
Influence and manage key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are managed and exceeded.
Provide insights and analysis on people related measures to guide and develop key people focus areas for the business.
Lead, support and advise on and implement global and local HR initiatives, processes and tools.
Support the HRM in defining the local People Plan (aligned with global priorities) for the annual Business Planning process.
Manage and lead any direct reports with the right people & structure to enable high performance through our philosophies and tools.
Build and maintain a meaningful internal local, internal global and external local network.
Recruitment
Ensure a first in class recruitment and selection process experience (inc. onboarding) for both candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure that accurate information is used for the recruitment process, thereby ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.
Provide training and development to hiring managers on recruitment & selection.
Conduct a professional performance/strengths-based interview utilising case studies and other tools.
Analyse the success and improvement areas and develop targeted recruitment initiatives (in line with the global approach) if needed.
Support and activate Red Bull tools of recruitment both internally and externally.
Talent Management and Development
Deliver & support the implementation of global talent initiatives and tools
Facilitate trainings aligned with the global offerings.
Advocate the strength-based training and development philosophy.
Ensure the performance management philosophy and tools are implemented and support managers where required.
Support Red Bull’s employee experience approach including the engagement survey, outcomes and action plans.
Compensation and Benefits
Understand and implement the Red Bull compensation and benefits philosophy within the local country alongside the people managers.
Upskill, advise and empower managers with the right training & tools to enable them to make informed compensation decisions.
Support the annual salary review including planning and activation.
Partner with HRM and Payroll Specialist to ensure matrix is current and accurate.
Ensure C&B practices in the local country are in line with the global guidelines.
Employee Relations
Provide advice and coach people managers to operate within the relevant frameworks to drive ownership.
Work with people managers to handle related employee matters (if and when they arise) to ensure a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business.
Ensure that HR polices are communicated in timely manner in line with local requirements.
Planning & Analytics
Support the business planning (BP) and revised estimate (RE) cycles (for HR).
Use data and insights to analyse and share HR reporting & KPI’s with key stakeholders, including identifying local internal and external trends and highlighting any opportunities, risks and proposed solutions.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years HR generalist/business partner experience, preferably within a matrix environment & global organization working closely with senior leaders & managers.
- Proven success in supporting managers with executing HR philosophies & tools at a local level.
- Be passionate about soccer and sports is desirable.
- Experience in briefing and working with external partners for recruitment and development.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP HR, SmartRecruiters, Anaplan).
- Managing employment relations cases to provide a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business
- Experience in identifying and analysing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will drive business objectives (i.e., growth).
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including presentation and facilitation skills.
- Team player who is cooperative with sharing of information and knowledge.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Travel 30-40%
