Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

New Business Development​

  • Build new sales opportunities.​
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the accounts to meet agreed objectives.​
  • Develop new business opportunities outside of existing accounts to increase revenue in line with departmental objective​

​ Strategic Client Leadership​

  • Act as “point-of-contact” with the Client​
  • Conduct client ‘health checks' and provide regular feedback​

​ Accountabilities:​

  • Development of the accounts to ensure strong delivery and a future focused strategy​
  • Growing the business in line with agreed targets​
  • Building and maintaining successful client relationships ​
  • Consistent demonstration of personal drive and determination to deliver high-quality work​

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Experience working in hospitality sales, or similar direct sales environment​
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills​
  • Effective at project management, planning and highly organised​
  • Excellent communication and decision making skills​
  • Experience in the generation and delivery of new business
