Full Description
Purpose of role
- Develop and oversee the high-end "hobby and hobby retail" trading card segment across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Lead the management and growth of a diverse account portfolio, with a primary focus on driving market expansion.
- Identify and leverage market opportunities to fuel growth and enhance Topps' brand presence in the hobby trading card sector.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including physical and online stores, and breakers, while building strong relationships through regular business reviews.
- Executing the sales strategy and route to market plan.
- Ensure smooth coordination of the entire sales process for all the region clients, from order placement to final delivery, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Identify new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, market and competitor activities.
- Oversee hobby-related events and trade shows, representing Topps and driving promotional efforts with partners.
- Manage the hobby sales budget, ensuring sales targets are met and supporting forecasting and performance tracking.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven success in managing accounts and driving growth.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
