Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a proactive and strategic mindset to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering and technical teams while also pivoting across different functional areas as needed. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving independently, leveraging data to drive hiring decisions, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and effectively collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting other functions as needed.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies aligned with business needs.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Understand various tech stacks and frameworks at a high level to represent engineering roles effectively
Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, ensuring hiring goals are met.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Provide hiring managers with market data to ensure informed hiring decisions.
Creative Sourcing Strategies
- Develop innovative approaches to attract top talent beyond traditional methods.
- Engage passive candidates in niche fields through targeted outreach.
Consultation and Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment efforts with business priorities.
- Streamline hiring processes and advocate for structured recruitment best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Experience using data to drive hiring strategies and influence decision-making.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ORC, Lever) and recruiting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

In New York City, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$165,000. For other locations in the US, the salary range is $107,000-$134,000. The New York City salary range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations, and the other location salary range may vary by region. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
