Why Join DAZN?
At DAZN, we’re changing the way the world engages with sport and entertainment — and that includes how we protect and support our customers. As part of DAZN Bet, our Safer Gambling team ensures players can enjoy our products responsibly, safely, and with confidence.
As Head of Safer Gambling, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a fun, safe, and enjoyable player experience across multiple markets. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll lead a multi-level team of Safer Gambling Managers, Team Leaders, and Agents, ensuring our approach to player protection is proactive, compliant, and always evolving with regulatory change.
This is an opportunity to influence strategy, shape policies across several key jurisdictions, and lead a function that sits at the heart of how we build trust with our players.
The Role
You’ll lead the Safer Gambling function across Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Canada, Austria, Ireland, and other global markets. Working in a dynamic and highly regulated environment, you’ll ensure your team effectively identifies, manages, and mitigates risk, while continuously enhancing the tools, systems, and processes that underpin DAZN Bet’s player protection framework.
Your expertise will guide the team through all three key phases of safer gambling: identifying harm using clear indicators; acting to minimise potential harm through timely and proportionate intervention; and evaluating the effectiveness of these actions to determine if further steps are needed.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure safer gambling principles are embedded into everything we do — from how we design products to how we communicate with customers. You’ll also play an active role in shaping policy, contributing to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and care.
