Head Of Property & Facilities

We’re looking for a Head of Property & Facilities to lead and evolve DAZN’s global workplace strategy—creating environments that support performance, collaboration, and an outstanding employee experience.

You’ll take ownership of our global property portfolio, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of office projects including refurbishments, relocations, and new developments. Alongside this, you’ll manage facilities operations and supplier partnerships, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services across all locations.

A key focus of the role is supporting our office-first culture—designing workplaces that people want to be in. Working closely with People, IT, and senior leadership, you’ll enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and productivity through thoughtfully designed spaces and services.

You’ll also ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, while leading contract negotiations and budget management to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the management of DAZN’s global property portfolio, including lease negotiations, renewals, and optimisation of the real estate footprint. 
• Supports the organisation’s in office mandate by ensuring office environments are attractive, functional and conducive to collaboration, helping encourage employees to work from the office  
• Create and deliver workplace environment that enhance employee experience, engagement and wellbeing. 
• Oversee the planning and delivery of office relocations, refurbishments, and new office developments across international locations. 
• Lead global facilities operations, ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites. 
• Identify, procure, and manage vendors and contractors responsible for facilities services including repairs and maintenance, utilities, cleaning, security, parking, and building insurance. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations across DAZN workplaces. 
• Develop and implement property and facilities policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. 
• Manage and control property and facilities budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability. 
• Work closely with Finance teams to ensure budget adherence, accurate forecasting, and timely global supplier payments. 
• Collaborate with People, IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure workplaces effectively support business operations and employee experience. 
• Support business continuity and resilience planning across all global office locations. 
• Drive workplace efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and space utilisation strategies. 
• Develop scalable service models and standards for office and facilities management across the organisation. 

What You'll Bring:

• Significant experience leading property and facilities management in a global or multi-site organisation. 
• Strong expertise in lease negotiations, real estate strategy, and portfolio management. 
• Proven experience managing office relocations, refurbishments, and capital property projects. 
• Experience creating high-quality workplace environment that enhance employee  engagement and collaboration. 
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and compliance frameworks. 
• Demonstrated experience managing large operational budgets and complex supplier contracts. 
• Strong vendor management and procurement experience. 
• Experience designing and implementing modern workplace strategies and office environments. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into operational delivery. 
• Passion for creating efficient, sustainable, and people-focused work environments that support organisational culture and performance.
