Full Description
To manage e-Commerce Key Account team and lead them to develop a portfolio of e-Commerce Channels through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Online Store standards.

SALES PLANNING & EXECUTION
Develop and execute Key Account Sales plan and on-line media plan both including Retail media
Manage and achieve defined KPI targets: Sales volume, P / L targets, distribution, ROS, Conversion rate, Perfect Online Store, etc.
Ensure that team secure and improve the online in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Online Perfect Store standards.
PROMOTION & DATA MANAGEMENT
Promotional execution – ensure desired promotions are in place and running from the first day.
Ensure correct input of call data and audit data and use audit reports to help develop sales persons where necessary.
Case Studies – push team to deliver case studies or support information for case studies on an ad hoc basis.
TEAM TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
To train and develop team members so that each team member’s contribution and potential is maximized.
To coach and develop team members so that each team member’s contribution and potential is maximized.
To constantly measure and review the team’s performance against performance targets providing regularly and constructive feedback and effectively manage poor performance.
To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.
MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately.
Ensure the e-Commerce Key Account sales team and e-Commerce marketing team understand their individual job roles and are carrying them out in line with agreed working practices.
To join each Key Account salesperson in the negotiation with customers. Expected to be in the sales field 2-3 days per week.
To ensure that the team members and other relevant team members have the information and tools that they require to perform their function.
To foster strong relationships between e-Commerce Japan team and Red Bull internal stakeholders, local agencies and overseas counterparts.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 7 years’ experience in FMCG sector. with a proven track record, across sales, marketing and insight functions.
- 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce and ideally other digital marketing and technology disciplines.
- Business level fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese. MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skill.
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Strong presentation skills
- Travel 20-30%
