Full Description
We’re seeking a talented Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sport.
As a Growth Analyst in our Commercial & Innovation team you will play a part in shaping the future direction of the Foxtel Group's Sport Strategy. In this key role you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations across our diverse portfolio of sports content and platforms.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Growth, you will be integral to the development and execution of strategic plans designed to drive subscriber growth, innovative content strategies, and effective pricing models.
This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic growth initiatives across Kayo Sports & Fox Sports, by providing robust analytical support, data-driven insights, and sophisticated financial modelling.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision making while developing your expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making
- Provide analytical support on content rights negotiations, renewals, and strategic growth initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models, projections, and business cases to assess risks and opportunities
- Support the development of new revenue opportunities and track performance against targets
- Leverage your quantitative analysis skills to prepare reports and translate market data into actionable insights for senior management
- Collaborate across teams to explore DAZN’s ecosystem and identify potential growth and new revenue generating initiatives
About your experience
A passion for sports and the media landscape is fundamental to success in this role, driving our ability to anticipate audience needs, innovate content, and maintain a competitive edge, including:
- Prior experience in an analytical role, preferably within a growth, strategy or commercial function
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Experience with Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- A strong collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models or the media/entertainment industry will be highly regarded
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Finance
