Job Overview

Wasserman, a global leader in sports, music and entertainment is looking for a Graphic Designer to support its business development efforts. This role will primarily support all of Wasserman’s brands and properties marketing teams - including business development efforts related to partnerships, experiential, creative, digital and social. This role will be dedicated to managing design of presentations and sales materials across a range of business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and interpret brand guidelines and have strong knowledge of design standards; design templates and layouts that follow brand guidelines

  • Quickly solve for issues like text-heavy slides, confusing layouts, ineffective design and charts/tables

  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all brand presentations are of a high standard

  • Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well constructed presentations

  • Maintain image display standards for presentation formats

  • Occasionally support creative pitches, building mock ups and creative assets across but not limited to digital, social, print, and TV

What You’ll Do
As a Designer at Wasserman, you’ll get to do more than just design slides. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development leads and executive team members to create flawless creds decks, pitch decks, illustrative designs that represent our creative ideas, templates distributed across the organization and external facing business development materials that make an impact and communicate ideas effectively. 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience developing presentation decks, creative assets and/or working as a designer at a creative, digital, sponsorship or experiential agency

  • Ideal candidate is someone who works hard, learns fast and works well with others

  • Knows how to weave together a story with visuals and has an eye for matching images to words

  • A knack for picking up brands’ visual identities, understanding why they work and switching between them quickly

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time

  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines

  • Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides and PowerPoint; proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac (programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)

Base salary range: $68k - $78k plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
