Gloucestershire FA: Coach Development Lead


Location: Oaklands Park, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AG
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 30th June 2028

The Role
The Coach Development Lead will drive coach development across Gloucestershire, supporting England Football Accredited clubs and delivering strategic initiatives aligned with the County FA's business plan. The role includes managing a team of casual coach developers, enhancing participation, and ensuring safeguarding standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • UEFA B qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in grassroots coaching and adult learning
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in IT systems and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
