WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a GPD Professional I. The Role is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Employee life cycle. The team is responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events and ensuring Nike employee data is correct and complete.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The GPD Professional I role is responsible for executing core HR work fundamental to the Data Management function/Total Rewards Operation including monitoring tasks and tickets in Workday and SNOW. This includes but is not limited to new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, employee changes, organization transformations, manager changes, employee data completeness as legally required and needed for all downstream systems including payroll, mobility, immigration, and benefits.

• Owning DM Production Plan audits including identifying data errors and finding resolutions in a timely manner.
• Executing routine core HR work including personal data changes, one time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, termination process, administering LOAs, employee contracts and contract extensions, onboarding, new hires, compensation changes and employee comp/benefit support.
• Looks for process and system improvements to improve efficiency and automation.
• Solves problems on their own and brings well thought out solutions to the team.
• Develops themselves as a Process expert and is willing to expand knowledge to additional countries and areas of expertise.
• May work on team projects as needed to support events such as Year End, Org Transformations, store openings/closings, etc
• Maintenance of local work instructions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role is part of the Nike People Solutions and Teammate Experience Delivery teams and is required to work collaboratively across other HR teams, groups and functions to ensure smooth delivery of HR procedures and policies. Key interactions:
• EE/Manager
• Payroll to support accurate and timely payment of compensation
• Talent Acquisition to support new hire processing inclusive of onboarding
• TR Solutions to support activation of core benefits and compensation related milestones such as new hire integrations with external vendors, EIB processing, and related handoffs

WHAT YOU BRING
• Strong Workday/Service NOW and systems skills and ability to learn and follow detailed work instructions on complex processes in support of the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to identify process and system improvements.
• Embodies Leadership Defined behaviors and promotes teamwork, recognition, feedback and transparency.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
