Job Description

As a Game Integrity Analyst - Poker, you'll be responsible for detecting and analyzing potential game integrity issues to protect the poker networks. Your role involves reviewing customer account activity, such as gameplay and suspicious behavior, to build cases against players who threaten game integrity.

What you will do

• Identify irregularities and anomalies using our in-house tools and rules engines.
• Analyze daily gaming transactions, considering past and current player behavior.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams, handling queries and support requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously seek process improvements.

Working Pattern:

Rotating shifts: Morning (07:30-16:30), Afternoon (16:30-01:30), Night (00:30-08:30) every 2 months.



Qualifications

• Ideally you will have played poker professionally
• Poker knowledge is essential
• Experience in customer service would be ideal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools - Excel
• Strong organisational skills
