Job Description

As ServiceNow Architect you are responsible for designing and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture. Leading the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow Platform focusing on HRSD, ITSM & App Engine

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise User Application you will be part of the EUS – Applications, India, and you play a pivotal role in developing applications using ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration.

What you will do

  • Design and Develop OOTB and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on HRSD development
  • Responsible for design and architecture of HRSD applications like HR case management, Enterprise On-boarding, HR integrations, Employee center, HR taxonomy, etc.
  • Work closely with the user experience and platform team to create and enhance the HRSD Employee portal and mobile application.
  • The developer will be involved in developing and maintaining Processes on the ServiceNow platform and will need excellent knowledge of Service Portal setup, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. jQuery, AJAX, angular.js, etc.
  • Testing of new and existing functionality
  • Documentation of new and existing process
  • Training of end users Experience and Skills Required



Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience in developing applications using ServiceNow platform Development & Administration)
  • Expertise with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery application in the area of HR case management, HR lifecycle events (Onboarding, offboarding, etc.), and Employee Centre.
  • Should have Architectural experience in ServiceNow HRSD
  • Extensive experience creating custom Widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, etc.
  • Experience with the Now mobile app.
  • Experience in extensive cross-browser testing and support.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow integration experience using Web Service, SOAP/REST.
  • Practical experience in ServiceNow integration with ERP systems like Oracle Cloud
  • An appreciation of supporting production systems and end users.
  • Passion for working in the Enterprise Applications area.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, and strong analytical & debugging skills.
  • Understanding of software development processes.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow certified HR Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with other ServiceNow applications like ITSM, SAM, and Now Platform.
  • Adherence to agile development methods like SCRUM Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology
