This is your opportunity to become part of the world’ fastest-growing sports company. On is not only disrupting the product landscape but also the supply chain. As Production Quality Assurance, you are responsible for managing product quality and process control in production with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On’s products and contributing to relevant quality projects and improvements of production compliance. As an important member of the production team, you will be based in Ninh Binh with frequent travel to factory in the North as missions are assigned.

Your Mission

  • Work with the development & commercialization team to identify potential product quality risks and follow-up actions.

  • Work with On’s manufacturing partners in continuous improvement at the early stage of production to ensure quality and efficiency both meet On’s expectations .

  • High frequency of final inspection to ensure all products are at a premium level in both appearance and usage.

  • Ensure all products are lab tested and pass requirements (both physical requirements and RSL) before shipment.

  • Follow up on relevant quality feedback from customers and take actions to improve product quality.

  • Work with On’s manufacturing partners to manage production sustainability & compliance and ensure health and safety in the production environment.

  • Ensure daily line audit and take corrective action in line.

  • Ensure tracking closely PO shipment on time.

Your story

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in footwear production quality management.

  • Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and working proficiency level of English. Chinese is a plus

  • Able to balance creativity with organisation and discipline in a fast-paced environment

  • An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation, and a natural push for excellence

  • Able to relocate and travel domestically and internationally

Together you’ll delve into your unique skills and experiences and how they could be relevant at On. It's also a time to assess how you might feel working side-by-side. Bring any questions you have about the job, the team or anything else you might like to know – this is an open forum.

  • Step Four

    The Case Study

    What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself. Be you.

  • Step Five

    The Experience Day

    Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.

  • Step Six

    The Result

    Are we a good fit? We’ll get together internally to share our feedback and decide if we’re a match. We know that job searching is a big time investment, so it’s not a decision we take lightly.
