Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Position

• Coordination of food and beverage services for multiple client groups in different areas within the assigned Village cluster (multiple hotels). 
• Guaranteeing a good communication flow within the FNB team as well as with the village team or any relevant Functional area, to ensure smooth project execution.  

• Managing different stakeholders such as hotels’ FNB team and sponsors, liaising with specific functional area to help their operational planning. 

• During the planning phase, double report to the FNB Village Coordinator as well as to the FNB Village Manager to plan and organize the operations of the assignedvillage cluster;  
• Collecting and verifying data from various functions to define the numbers for the food and beverage services for each client groups in the different spaces withing the assigned hotels.   
• Developing necessary operational methods to better deliver the operation. 
• Sharing service policies with caterers and other stakeholder providing service. 
• Participating on team meetings and activities; 
• During Games Time, the candidate will report directly to the FNB Village Manager and will be in charge of overseeing the food and beverage services for all the client groups, as well as checking the service levels delivered and controlling the numbers of meals served. 

Requirements

• Understanding the Olympic Games requirements forthe different stakeholders' groups; 
• Liaising and negotiating with representatives from both internal teams and external stakeholders; 
• Participate in the discussions with partners and suppliers to define their operational needs; 
• Identify the most suitable process to guarantee the correct and agreed service delivery. 
• Support the FNB team with the central planning.
